MadeSure, in partnership with Africa Direct, will appoint an authorised customer agent to contact your employee within the next 24 working hours (from our dedicated line +27 (12) 007142) to collect the rest of their information.
Once all the information is received, we will send you a hard & soft copy of the Policy Schedule and a pre-RICA’d SIM card to give to your employee. (if you selected the Protector Plus® option – we will automatically load the R200 monthly airtime by the 9th of the following month pending a successful debit order collection).
